The Systems Administrator will lead and strategize around multiple integration systems to support RANDYS Worldwide tremendous growth. This individual will manage the resource allocation and timely delivery of all systems and maintenance efforts on multiple platforms and related integrations. As the project manager for multiple projects, this role will be adept at prioritizing and adapting to maintain deliverable modifications / implementations coordinated and on-time. Projects will encompass both network infrastructure, systems / administration tasks, as well as vendor management. The successful candidate will provide directions to IT staff and collaborate with other staff cross functionally. This individual will provide technical guidance while leading a team and delivering innovative solutions.
Requirements : Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with IT systems and services such as networking, implementation, deployment, support, and maintenance of systems
Manage the Enterprise systems and network infrastructure resources, including in-house staff and 3rd party resources on multiple concurrent
Perform overall system vendor performance management and oversight of applications and integrations including planning application enhancements, development, integrations, and bug fixes
Ensure plan for DR, back-up, and availability
Deep understanding of systems strategies and when to apply them
Plan and communicate platform maintenance / upgrades / patches / release
Establish priorities and schedules resources to meet the needs of the business
Manage and lead IT infrastructure deployment and maintenance projects directly
Facilitate communication upward and across project teams including project status, cost information, justifications for variances and technical information (architecture, design, and implementation objectives)
Track and report issues, escalate as appropriate, and help implement proactive, long-term solutions.
Maintain Server room switches, battery backup units, and environmental monitoring system.
Configuration and deployment of wireless and desktop phone equipment. Configuration and maintenance of voice mailbox systems and VoIP related reporting.
Maintain user accounts, adds, removes, updates.
Maintain and monitor backups jobs, software & hardware
Develop and maintain vendor relationships with IT service providers. Proper problem escalation and invoice validation.
Assist in on-going system audits to evaluate the utility and efficiency of system’s resources and communication components, and the effectiveness in meeting business goals and strategies.
Client network maintenance and monitoring.
Telecom network maintenance and monitoring.
Document client, network, software issues.
Responsible for supporting the organization’s networks, telecommunications and computer systems.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company’s network, data, and databases.
On call Duties.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Background & Qualifications :
Formal Education & Certification
College diploma or university degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field and / or [8] years equivalent work experience
Certifications in [CCNA, MS 365 certifications, MS CSCI]
Must have [5] years of experience with Azure or other Cloud platforms
Must have [3] years' experience as project manager, multiple projects a plus
Knowledge & Experience
Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills to dissect business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Experience administering Windows server environments : Hybrid AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, SMB security groups
Knowledge of data communication, computer network operating systems, network design and security, and monitoring / management tools.
Advanced-level proficiency with and knowledge of Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity procedures, applications, devices and methodologies.
Advanced knowledge of internal and external DNS : Cloudflare experience is a plus
Operating Systems : Proficient with Windows 10 / 11, Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025, MS SQL Server, Linux
Networking : Proficient with WatchGuard firewalls, pfSense, Cisco, Meraki, HP, Aruba, NetGear, Mobile and site-to-site VPN tunnels, Mesh Wi-Fi, VLANS, Peering Groups, IPv4 / IPv6
Experience supporting MS O365, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and other Microsoft Cloud Services.
Experience with scripting and automation
Connect Wise Administration experience is a plus : Automate, Patch, Screen Connect
Experience supporting a diverse range of users with a variety of technical skills.
Capable of lifting / carrying 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs; moderate physical activity.
Hands-on networking experience with excellent knowledge of routing, VPN, and cloud environment, secure networking best practices, etc. is required
Experience with implementations is preferred
Demonstrates a clear capability of understanding customers and possesses the ability to build strong delivery teams across different technological platforms
Ability to review project artifacts and ensure a strong implementation
Excellent understanding of IT systems and security best practices and ability to provide recommendations on platforms
Proven vendor management capabilities and resource management abilities

This is an in-office position not remote or hybrid.
