We are seeking a healthcare manager to join our team and lead our OR department. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the department's daily operations, ensuring safe patient care, and collaborating with other teams to provide optimal care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the department's daily operations effectively and efficiently
- Ensure safe patient care by articulating, educating, and managing evidence-based patient safety practices
- Collaborate effectively with other teams to provide optimal care
- Maintain work areas uncluttered and monitor cleanliness
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse, currently licensed in the State of Washington
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR
- Minimum four years of experience in a peri-operative setting, with a minimum of two years of experience in OR as circulating and/or scrub RN
- Minimum two years of management or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in building surgical volumes and/or operating room construction projects highly preferred
- One year of chemical dependency experience required
