What you will be doing:
- Works as a part of the entire Range property management team to assist with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Provides front desk coverage in the absence of the Office Administrator, which includes answering, screening, and directing incoming calls and greeting guests.
- Assists in organizing and maintaining property files.
- Assist in entering work orders and following up with building engineering team on updates.
- Assists in setup of vendors and collection and tracking of W9 forms and certificates of insurance.
- Assists in preparing service contracts for Range managed properties.
- Assists in general administrative and clerical duties such as scanning, copying, file organization, etc.
- Provides backup coverage to Assistant Property Managers when they are out of the office or in the field.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Education or higher.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
- Mid-level to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Should have desire to be educated and trained to move up to the Assistant Property Manager role.
- Uses computer and phone for work order system, email, and training. Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook.
