We specialize in delivering cutting-edge Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, helping enterprises enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. We are expanding our Adobe practice in the U.S. and seeking a Sales Director to lead business growth and drive strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities for the Role
- Own independent revenue targets, acquire new logos, and expand our footprint in mid-tier and enterprise markets.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities with an account-based approach.
- Understand customers' digital transformation goals and position Adobe Experience Cloud solutions effectively.
- Build relationships with Adobe AEs, partner managers, and key stakeholders to drive co-selling opportunities.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from qualification to closure, working closely with internal teams.
- Leverage competitive intelligence and market insights to drive sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Enterprise Sales & Adobe Experience – 4-7 years in enterprise sales, with 3-4 years selling services within the Adobe ecosystem (AEM, Magento, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, RT-CDP etc.).
- Outbound & Consultative Sales – Expertise in account-based marketing, consultative sales, and enterprise deal structuring.
- Digital Transformation & Service Sales – Proven ability to sell Adobe-powered digital transformation solutions and enterprise services.
- Strategic Networking & Negotiation – Ability to build high-value relationships and close complex, multi-million-dollar deals.
- Leadership & Collaboration – Self-driven, high-energy professional with experience working cross-functionally across pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Work Authorization – Must have the right to work in the US; we are not able to sponsor work visas at this stage.
