We are seeking an organized and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage our invoicing and collections process. You’ll ensure that payments are processed timely, and accounts are up-to-date. If you have a background in accounting, and strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Handle invoicing, payment tracking, and collections
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with customers regarding payment status
Requirements:
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or accounting (within the construction industry is a plus)
- Proficient with accounting software
- Proficiency within Jonel and Command Alcon
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
