We are a growing IT service provider looking for a Mobile Computer Technician. This on-call, part-time role involves traveling to customer locations to diagnose and repair computers, manage support tickets, and handle billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations to perform computer diagnostics and repairs.
- Manage and update support tickets in the system.
- Handle customer billing transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service, clearly communicating technical issues and solutions.
- Maintain a safe, reliable vehicle for travel to job sites.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and ticket updates.
- Work weekends, after-hours, and holidays (double time pay).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in computer repair and technical support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software.
- Reliable vehicle for on-site service.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
- Availability to work weekends and after-hours shifts.
Compensation:
$20/hour for active time worked (double time for weekends/after-hours). Compensation applies only for time actively worked on customer repairs.
