Scheduling Coordinator

Are you a people person with great communication skills and a knack for organization? Rapid Roofing is looking for a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to handle inbound calls and schedule appointments for our sales team in Ypsilanti, MI.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries
• Schedule appointments for the sales team efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and update schedules as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth scheduling process
