RAPS Consulting Inc is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Action Analyst to join our team. As a Corporate Action Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate actions function, including trade reconciliation, cash management, and middle office processes.
The successful candidate will have experience in defining user experience and user interface design, as well as knowledge of corporate action events, including SWIFT messages (MT564, 565, 567, 568) and voluntary election workflow. In addition, they should have expertise in cash reconciliation processes and data sets, as well as intraday cash reporting knowledge, including front office use cases.
We are looking for someone who is proficient in Eagle Accounting software and has experience working with data outputs from Smartstream TLM Reconciliation-Premium. Knowledge of corporate action software, such as TCS BaNCS or FIS/XSP, is also an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain efficient middle office processes and procedures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
- Analyze and resolve complex issues related to cash management and corporate actions
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate actions or a related field
