Estimating Manager

We're looking for a talented and experienced Estimating Manager to lead our client's estimating team and help shape the future of their construction projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of estimators to develop accurate and competitive project bids.
• Review project plans, specifications, and scopes to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to align budgets and expectations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and project goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, material costs, and construction methods.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record in construction estimating, with leadership experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., ProEst, PlanSwift).
• Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Ability to present complex estimates and reports to stakeholders clearly.
• Team Player: Collaborative spirit with a drive to lead and inspire a team.
