Rausch Coleman Homes, a leader in the residential home building industry for over 65 years, has several summer internships opportunities available in Fayetteville, AR, Little Rock, AR, Tulsa, OK, Oklahoma City, OK, Kansas City, MO/KS, Houston, TX, San Antonio, TX, Birmingham, AL, and Huntsville, AL.

Property Management:

Our intern tasks may include the following items as Property Managers will rotate through multiple positions in order to gain a broad understanding of our process as a whole. In short, they wear many hats. Listed below are a few of the back-office and field operation tasks that interns will perform:

• Community tours and evaluations
• Asset tours and evaluations
• Signage Inventory | Placement
• Work Order management
• Property Inspections
• Technical review and document creation
• Event management
• Project management
• Customer service
• And more

Duration:

• This internship typically lasts 3 months with the possibility of extension based on performance and availability.
