What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Control Coordinator - LOG (USA) position at Ravago Americas?
Purpose
The Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for a wide variety of inventory activities to include but not limited to maintaining accurate inventory, perform and/or lead cycle counts, and offer insight with other departments. The Inventory Control Coordinator will work in collaboration with other warehouse staff to ensure processes and safety requirements are maintained.
Areas of Responsibility / Tasks
Performance must reflect appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below.
Area of Focus (In order of percentage of time spent on activity, importance and/or priority)
Primarily responsible in maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and to monitor and control inventory with complete integrity.
Collaborate with various departments such as Office teams, distribution, production, and quality control to achieve inventory control accuracy including.
Reconcile customer inventory with WMS records.
Perform daily audits.
Work collaboratively with the Operations Support Manager and the warehouse team to ensure that key objectives are met.
Track and report Inventory Accuracy Rate as well as Inventory Adjustment Metrics on a regular basis
Perform inventory adjustments in WMS preceded by investigation.
Investigate daily cycle counts discrepancies via systems
Secondary Area of Focus (In order of percentage of time spent on activity, importance and/or priority)
Primary point of contact for our customer inventory related inquiries.
Work with the Operations Support Manager to develop meaningful KPls.
Upon Operation Support Managers request, assist with cycle counts when needed.

Maintain a mindset of speed, accuracy, and openness.
Commit to OCS Blue & OSHA Safety facility Standard.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by Ravago Baytown Management.

Minimum Qualifications/ Education / Experience / Certifications
Education:
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in similar title and scope of responsibility.
High school diploma/GED
Systems Experience:
WMS
Microsoft suite: Outlook, Excel - Required (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint preferred)
Language:
Proficiency in English required
Bi-Lingual – Spanish is a plus
