Purpose
The Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for a wide variety of inventory activities to include but not limited to maintaining accurate inventory, perform and/or lead cycle counts, and offer insight with other departments. The Inventory Control Coordinator will work in collaboration with other warehouse staff to ensure processes and safety requirements are maintained.

- Area of Focus (In order of percentage of time spent on activity, importance and/or priority)
- Primarily responsible in maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and to monitor and control inventory with complete integrity.
- Collaborate with various departments such as Office teams, distribution, production, and quality control to achieve inventory control accuracy including.
- Reconcile customer inventory with WMS records.
- Perform dailyaudits.
- Work collaboratively with the Operations Support Manager and the warehouse team to ensure that key objectives are met.
- Track and report Inventory Accuracy Rate as well as Inventory Adjustment Metricson a regular basis
- Perform inventory adjustments in WMS preceded by investigation.
- Investigate daily cycle counts discrepancies via systems
- Secondary Area of Focus (In order of percentage of time spent on activity, importance and/or priority)
- Primary point of contact for our customer inventory related inquiries.
- Work with the Operations Support Manager to develop meaningful KPls.
- Upon Operation Support Managers request, assist with cycle counts when needed.
- Next Area of Focus (In order of percentage of time spent on activity, importance and/or priority)
- Maintain a mindset of speed, accuracy, and openness.
- Commit to OCS Blue & OSHA Safety facility Standard.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by Ravago Baytown Management.
- All other duties as assigned

- Education:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in similar title and scope of responsibility.
- High school diploma/GED
- Systems Experience:
- WMS
- Microsoft suite: Outlook, Excel - Required (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint preferred)
- Language:
- Proficiency in English required
- Bi-Lingual – Spanish is a plus
