Graphics Coordinator (Remote / Hybrid)

Enough about us, here's what we're looking for:

We are seeking a Coordinator to join our Graphics Department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well organized with a passion for design, animation and a love for pop culture. Intermediate understanding of the Adobe Suite is required for this role to be able to jump in and lend a hand with simple tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow and needs of projects

• Collaborate with the various teams and departments to understand project goals, timelines and deliverables.

• Maintain and organize project assets and deliverables

• Collaborate with Creative Directors, producers, and other team members to conceptualize ideas for various marketing pieces.

• Update simple graphics and render from After Effects as needed

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in coordination or similar role

• Basic understanding of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.

• Eye towards design, typography, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to coordinate and manage schedules and timelines across multiple teams, projects and deliverables.
