Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to join our growing manufacturing company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support for all manufacturing operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, forecast financial performance, and help shape strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
- Analyze manufacturing cost structures, variances, and productivity metrics to improve cost efficiency.
- Prepare financial reports and KPIs for senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios and investments.
- Support the finance team in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 recent years in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and Excel.
- Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
