The Ravensburger Games team is growing! We’re looking for an experienced Executive Producer to direct the development of digital games by partnering with external game studios. In this role, you’ll lead our digital gaming explorations and business plans, define the game experience, secure third-party development partners, own schedules and roadmaps that coordinate internal and external development teams, manage the development and revenue budgets, collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to ensure a seamless player experience, and ultimately ensure the successful launch and live operations of digital game extensions, creating a cohesive ecosystem with our tabletop games.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Provide strategic and executional leadership of Ravensburger’s third-party digital games:
- Own the digital game P&Ls including management of the production and live operations budgets (planning, tracking, and optimization of spends) and revenue modeling and forecasting, ensuring positive ROI
- Clearly and timely communicate digital game strategy and executional details across internal stakeholders and development partners
- Collaborate with external developers on crafting and delivering commercially viable, best-in-class digital games that connect with our tabletop games
- Manage licensor relationships including approvals
- Own and deliver internal presentations and reports for product plans, feature prioritization, schedules and milestone progress, stage-gate reviews, game performance metrics, etc
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks to timelines, budgets, and player experience
- Educate, train, and coach development partners on Ravensburger game specific product strategies, creative direction, style guides, and consumer insights
- Drive collaboration across the Ravensburger marketing, product, and brand teams and external game developers to ensure a seamless and integrated fan experience
- Research and synthesize trends in the digital gaming space and being the expert on our competitors

- Travel is expected approximately 10%, including international travel
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- 10 years of hands-on experience in game development including full lifecycle experience developing and operating mobile and/or PC games
- Significant experience as a Senior or Executive Producer with a game developer or publisher
- Significant experience developing and/or producing digital TCGs
- Wide and deep understanding of the game industry, business models, and gameplay nuances, especially as it pertains to live service games broadly and TCGs specifically
- Experience managing AA game development budgets
- Practical experience in setting, guiding and evaluating production processes
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams through influence and mutual trust
- Able to craft and deliver presentations on strategy and executional details, progress, and results, as well as on industry trends and best practices
- Experience working internationally with colleagues, partners, and players
- Passion for TCGs and an affinity for Disney
- Existing Disney Lorcana TCG knowledge or an eagerness to deeply learn
- Strong collaborator who is comfortable having vigorous and positive debate, works to find win-win solutions, and ultimately pulls teams together with an inspiring vision and timely and clear communication
- Test-and-learn innovator who combines best practices, data, insights, and intuition
- Naturally curious, seeks to learn from others, and listens to understand
- Game design degree or other professional training is a plus
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
