JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a part-time (15 to no more than 20 hours/week) QuickBooks Enterprise bookkeeper to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced with QuickBooks Enterprise Professional Services 23.0, specifically in job costing and phase tracking for professional services. You'll work alongside our retiring accountant to ensure a smooth transition.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Process biweekly payroll for 6 employees using time tracking data
· Manage and track project phases in QuickBooks Enterprise
· Create and send client invoices based on project phases
· Enter and categorize business expenses
· Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
· Maintain accurate job cost records
· Generate phase-based project reports
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Demonstrated experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions, Professional Services edition
· Proven ability to handle job costing and phase tracking in QuickBooks Enterprise
· Experience processing payroll for small teams (5-10 employees)
· Understanding of time tracking and project billing concepts
· Strong attention to detail with numbers and data entry
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to maintain organized financial records
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience in construction or professional services industry
· Background in project-based businesses
· Previous experience with time tracking systems
