The Role and Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful
- 5 years of prior industry-related business development experience.
- A proven track record of success in sales roles within the staffing and recruitment industry. Specific experience in the IT sector is highly desirable.
- A deep understanding of the IT industry, including knowledge of key players, market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities. You will be able to develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.

Value and Benefits
- Annual salary will be between $70K - $125K dependent on performance level/seniority.
