Job Description
Responsibilities : Carry out routine recruitment support tasks and assist others by following established procedures. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc. Respond to basic and advanced customer issues, such as returns, exchanges, and complaints; escalate appropriately. Carry out a range of complex onboarding and / or offboarding processes (for example, enhanced vetting procedures or the calculation of severance payments) to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely completion. Support the creation of assessment centers; adjust content as directed; draft documentation; record assessment observations; and provide feedback to line management. Produce, update, and provide best practice support on Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems. Tasks may include purchasing materials, entering budgetary information, and recording time and expenses. Respond to routine requests using form letters or emails; respond to more unusual requests by editing templates to create customized responses. Check candidate applications to identify and remove those that do not meet the essential skills and experience requirements of the position. Add data to the database of potential candidates for management and professional roles using established talent attraction and engagement processes and tools. Support recruitment campaigns in planning and content. Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
