Your Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge as the Camden Site's Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO).
- Master the intricacies of FOCI mitigation, from Technology Control Plans to Visitation Policies.
- Engage with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, ensuring robust Security Vulnerability Assessments and annual reviews.
- Partner closely with the Security Manager to uphold and enhance FOCI mitigation protocols.
- Orchestrate industrial security measures, adhering to stringent government standards and fulfilling customer requirements.
- Drive key investigations, compiling reports on any breaches or security concerns.
- Collaborate with program management for seamless integration of security functions.
- Oversee the administration of classified and proprietary information, working with oversight agencies for audits and inspections.
- Lead self-inspections and deliver comprehensive security training initiatives.
- Ensure precise access control, managing credentials for new and existing personnel.
Employee Requirements:
- Possess at least four years of relevant security experience, or a bachelor's degree combined with three years' practical application in a similar field.
- Demonstrable expertise in handling NISPOM or DOD security regulations.
- Must hold an active Secret US Security Clearance; citizenship is mandatory.
Preferred Expertise:
- Background in COMSEC operations.
- Experienced with FOCI mitigation implementations and compliance.
- Proficient in training delivery and government liaising.
- Leadership prowess with a record of nurturing team development.
