What You’ll Do
As the Director of Operations, you’ll be at the helm of our national security services, leading with purpose and vision. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a large portfolio of national accounts to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the sales team to secure new contracts, expand national accounts, and contribute to business growth.
- Overseeing daily operations for both independent contractors and in-house installation teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to standard.
- Developing and implementing operational strategies that optimize efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Building strong relationships with contractors, leading onboarding, training, and performance management efforts.
- Driving operational excellence through data analysis, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Leading cross-department collaboration to ensure cohesive operations and exceptional client experiences.
- Managing budgets, resources, and scaling operations to accommodate growth while maintaining high service standards.

What You Bring
We’re seeking a results-driven leader with:
- Proven experience in project management, contractor relations, and operations within security, construction, or similar industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Expertise in managing large budgets, national operations, and multi-regional programs.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to analyze data and drive client satisfaction.
- The flexibility and readiness to travel (10-20%) to oversee national operations.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 10 years of management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- 10 years of management experience in construction, facilities maintenance, or security industries.
- Proficiency in operations software and project management tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
Special Qualifications:
- Must pass a criminal background check and maintain a good driving record.
