Job Description
What is the opportunity?
The Salesforce Analyst is responsible for assisting with the Salesforce Analytics workstream to drive requirements gathering, configuration, & support for RBC US Wealth headquartered in Minneapolis, MN.
What will you do?
- Monitoring and fine-tuning the system to achieve optimum performance levels. Conducting routine hardware and software audits.
- Installing and upgrading new software systems; reporting and assisting on recommending resolutions to networking and operating system problems.
- Performing system backups and recovery. Maintaining data files and monitoring system configurations to ensure data integrity.
- Installing, configuring, upgrading and maintaining workstations and servers. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive operating systems hardware and software configuration database/library.
Must Have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
- Strong technical background
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies
- Teamwork/time management skills
- Knowledge of the ITIL (change/incident/problem management)
- Scripting/Programming background including PowerShell/.Net/C/C
- UNIX/Linux background
- Networking/DNS knowledge
- Cybersecurity knowledge
