Business Valuation Analyst
We are currently seeking an individual with a minimum of 3 years Business Valuation experience.
Our firm focuses on business valuations including but not limited to:
Marital Dissolution
Estate Planning
Gift Tax Planning
Litigation Support
Business entities and intangible assets.
Purchase price allocations
Tangible asset appraisal
We are based out of the Hudson Valley (New York) Orange, Dutchess Ulster, Columbia and Sullivan Counties.
We are seeking to hire a business valuation analyst and that ideal candidate should be:
The ideal candidate must already reside in the HUDSON VALLEY:
3 years' of core business valuation services is required
Expert testimony experience is a plus.
CVA, ASA, CFA, or CPA highly desirable.
Report writing and testimony.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Field of study in business administration, finance, economics, or accounting is preferred yet not required as other quantitative fields of study could be relevant such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, etc.
- An MBA is not required but a plus
License / Certification
- CFA or CVA
