What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at RCC Framing?
o This is a temporary position from March 10- July 18
o RCC Framing is a commercial construction company that is looking for a temporary office manager. There is a bonus of $3,000.00 at the end of the term for completion of the entire contract, no partial completion payments.
Job Responsibilities
· Perform general office/receptionist duties including answering phone calls
· Entering invoices
· Assist in monthly billings
· Maintain, track and order office supplies
· Routine administrative projects
Experience
· 1-5 years of office administration/receptionist experience, preferably in a professional services environment
· Attention to detail with the ability to work independently, juggle priorities and work effectively with all relevant parties
· Excellent communication, organizational, time management and computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency
· QuickBooks experience preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
