Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to children and adolescents in collaboration with pediatric physicians.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, refer to specialists as needed, and coordinate care across disciplines.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review activities.
- Engage in culturally competent care and build meaningful relationships with a diverse patient population.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program.
- Licensed (or eligible) APRN in the State of Connecticut.
- DEA and Connecticut controlled substance registration (or eligible).
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to evidence-based care.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in a pediatric setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
