Duties
- PPAP provides customers adequate information to validate that all areas of the design and production processes have been reviewed thoroughly to ensure that only high quality products will be allowed to ship to the end customer.
- Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication purposes.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing office supplies.
- Support the team with time management by prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications is essential.
- College degree preferred
- Ability to read blueprints
- Working knowledge of calipers, micrometers and gages
- Previous experience as a PPAP Coordinator is preferred.
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to navigate various software programs efficiently.
- Solid clerical skills including attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
