Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments aligned with industry standards.
- Deliver tailored nutrition education to participants, caregivers, and the community, following physician directives and ADA guidelines.
- Document participant progress accurately in medical records and liaise effectively with team members.
- Be a vital member of our Interdisciplinary Team, actively contributing to participant care planning.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition from an ADA accredited institution.
- 1 year of experience working with older adults.
- Registered Dietitian License.
- CDE or CDE eligibility within 24 months.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and office equipment handling (fax/copier).
- Strong data entry and word processing abilities.
- Solid mathematical skills.
