Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will have access to established accounts while also developing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts to enhance satisfaction and drive sales.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand RDI Diamonds' presence in the market.
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and issues with professionalism and urgency.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
Record and manage sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience is a plus but not required – we welcome candidates with a passion for learning and a drive to succeed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.
Self-motivated and goal-driven with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Willingness to learn about the diamond wholesale industry, products, and trends.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is advantageous.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
