WorldWide Electric is a national distributor of electric motors, motor controls and gearing both in private labeled lines and manufacturer's brand labels, some of which are well known throughout the world.
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative who is a team player and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to serving our customers with professionalism and integrity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Actively promote products and services to prospects and customers by telephone
- Provide excellent customer service to phone and internet customers
- Resolve problems reported by our customers
- Apply procedures, products, and services consistently
- Produce quotes and with accuracy and attention to detail
Skills and Qualifications
- 2 years sales experience with industrial equipment preferred, but not required
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Previous experience including prospecting, lead generation, and lead management preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written correspondence
- Demonstrated proficiency with systems and data entry accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office
- CRM / Sales-I experience a plus
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive
Base Pay plus commission
