Re-Bath, the nation's leading complete bathroom remodeler, is seeking passionate Lead Setters / Office Managers to join our team!
Re-Bath Chicago is a locally owned and operated franchise. The owners of the business are actively involved every day and are committed to the success of the organization. Our business is rapidly expanding so we are seeking talented office management / inside sales professionals to assist in selling our bathroom remodeling projects in the greater Chicagoland area, including the city of Chicago and west, southwest, and south suburbs and near rural areas.
The primary function of this position will be to turn the leads we receive from various channels into qualified appointments and start the initial selling process with the prospective customer. Other responsibilities will include general office management activities. We are looking for individuals who can adapt to varying tasks, consistently solve problems in new and innovative ways, and are not afraid to act on their own ideas and initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls for prospective customers/leads, and schedule appointments for our Design Consultants to meet with customers in their homes
- Verify qualifying questions and enter information into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Schedule Installations and coordinate any rescheduling as needed
- Provide assistance to customers entering the showroom
- Provide support in office administration and customer service
- Learn and implement the Re-Bath Franchise Sales system, tools, training, and resources
Lead Setters need to possess the following traits:

- A successful Lead Setter will be an engaging and persuasive communicator who connects quickly with people
- Our Lead Setters are expected to act independently, with a sense of urgency and have the confidence to handle a variety of challenges; they will be trusted to make their own decisions and carry out initiatives
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience working with CRM software preferred
- Attention to detail with effective time management and organizational skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented
- Self-motivated and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or GED required
