We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) with outstanding communication skills, professionalism, and initiative to drive store connectivity, strengthen retail partnerships, and generate leads through effective in-field engagement and lead generation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS (Essential Functions):
- Work 40 hours per week, primarily within national account retail stores (e.g., Lowe’s, Home Depot where applicable).
- Top Priority: Build and maintain strong store connectivity with all levels of national account staff including District Management, Store Management, SASM, Department Supervisor, Sales Specialists, Sales Associates and Customer Service Associates.
- Second Priority: Drive qualified lead generation through effective store-wide education of the Re-Bath program, successful in-store lead generation and training/ managing the lead generation team.
- Conduct training and educational sessions—including mandatory participation in weekly Tuesday Specialty Spotlights and regularly scheduled Product Knowledge (PK) presentations—to support continuous learning and partner engagement.
- Coordinate and oversee the scheduling and relocation of the Mobile Showroom Trailer by facilitating clear communication between store management and the operations team.
- Provide in-field training and oversight of Lead Generators, ensuring accountability to performance metrics while strategically deploying their efforts to support and enhance individual store performance.
- Conduct weekly meetings for the Lead Generation team.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of retail event participation—including weekend Home Shows and Expo Events—by managing event logistics, organizing setup and takedown, securing adequate staffing, and ensuring brand standards are consistently represented throughout the event.
- Effectively manage time allocated for administrative responsibilities—such as reporting, scheduling, and coordination—ensuring these tasks are completed without compromising in-field priorities and performance.
- Ensure in-store displays are clean, functional, and maintained.
- Track and report weekly in field marketing activities, lead generation efforts, and store connectivity updates.
- Support weekend activities, with a Tuesday through Saturday set schedule.
- Adhere to high standards of honesty, integrity, and accountability in executing the assigned schedule.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS
- Attend weekly team meetings (mandatory unless on PTO).
- Collaborate with the National Accounts Manager to create monthly work schedules, with clear and proactive planning.
- Commit to clocking in and out at store locations at the beginning and end of each workday.
- Maintain consistent communication with the marketing team, updating on field insights and progress.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the Re-Bath brand in all store interactions.
- Maintain a collaborative and positive working attitude with both internal teams and external partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience & Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dependable, Detail-Oriented, Achievement-Oriented, High-Stress Tolerant, Adaptable, and Independent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and dependable with the ability to manage a structured workweek.
- Customer service and/or lead generation experience.
- Must be self-driven and be able to work independently
- Must be able to approach customers with professionalism and confidence
- Must pass a background check.
Preferred:
- College degree.
- Experience in retail marketing or brand representation.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- 90% standing/walking in retail stores; 10% sitting (administrative work and travel).
- Moderate noise levels in stores and at events.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds (event materials, sample kits).
- Five-day workweek with two days off; weekend work is required.
- Must have reliable transportation that is your own vehicle. No exceptions.

COMPENSATION
Salary: Starting at $50,000 annually. Bonus opportunities available based on meeting store performance and lead generation metrics.
Monthly Vehicle/ Mobile Stipend: $300
