Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Manage daily operations, including hiring, training, and supervising team members. Provide guidance and foster a positive, team-oriented work culture.
- Customer Experience: Ensure the highest level of customer service, resolving any issues or complaints, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Financial Oversight: Manage and control costs, including inventory, food, and labor. Prepare reports, track sales, and work to meet budget and financial targets.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies.
- Marketing & Sales: Help drive local marketing campaigns to increase traffic and sales. Monitor sales trends and implement strategies for improving store performance.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including managing supply orders, equipment maintenance, and staffing levels.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of management experience in the foodservice or retail industry (Subway experience preferred but not required).
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage budgets and financials effectively.
- Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or college degree preferred).
- Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
