We’re looking for a motivated real estate executive assistant to assist the principal broker and complete administrative tasks. Responsibilities include liaising between the managing broker and clientele, screening messages and notifying the broker of important information, and overseeing schedules and travel arrangements. You’ll also be responsible for organizing office records and customer data, ordering office equipment, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Responsibilities

  • You must be able to juggle multiple projects, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work independently
  • Intermediate/Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Intermediate/Expert knowledge of programs like SkySlope, LoneWolf, Google Drive, Dropbox
  • Properly route phone calls, messages, mail and packages
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Provide high-level support to agents, clients, and leadership
  • Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills
  • Coordinate events
  • Poised, positive, outgoing, cheerful, and professional demeanor
Qualifications
  • Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner
  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar
  • Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service

  • Intermediate/Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Intermediate/Expert knowledge of programs like SkySlope, LoneWolf, Google Drive, Dropbox
  • Poised, positive, outgoing, cheerful, and professional demeanor

Compensation
18 - 22 hourly
