Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled AV Tower Technician to join our team and oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of OTA Antenna Tuners for Video and Audio signals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with video/audio systems in AV towers and a deep understanding of signal processing, antenna systems, and broadcast technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and calibrate OTA Antenna Tuner systems for optimal video and audio signal reception, ensuring compatibility with broadcast standards.
Signal Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of video and audio signals through OTA antenna tuners, ensuring clear, reliable signal reception for live broadcasts and recorded content.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve any technical issues related to signal reception, interference, or system malfunctions in the antenna tuner setup. This includes using testing tools and signal analyzers to ensure maximum signal integrity.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with broadcast standards (e.g., ATSC, DVB, ISDB) and their application to OTA systems.
