Social Media Marketing Specialist – Real Estate Industry
We are a real estate development and property management company specializing in selling new homes and leasing townhomes and apartments. We are looking for a highly experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our digital presence and drive measurable growth in engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute high-impact social media strategies tailored to real estate marketing.
- Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok with engaging, high-quality content.
- Create, edit, and publish compelling content (videos, reels, graphics, and copy) to attract buyers and renters.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Stay ahead of real estate and digital marketing trends, adapting strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Utilize advanced social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) to schedule and analyze content performance.
- Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Implement SEO and paid social media strategies to drive organic and paid traffic to listings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in real estate social media marketing with a track record of growing engagement and driving leads.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithm changes, and paid advertising strategies.
- Strong ability to create visually compelling, high-performing content (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools preferred).
- Knowledge of SEO, digital ads, and analytics to optimize content for lead generation.
- Experience in video marketing and short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver measurable results.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM integrations is a plus.
- Background in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required if experience is solid.
