What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Director position at Real Estate Executive Search, Inc.?
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of human resources experience having overseen specifically employee relations issues included in the responsibilities below. The candidate must have supervisory experience, having directly managed a team of 3 or more. We are looking for candidates with corporate experience versus site-level experience.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all areas of Employee Relations issues to include investigations, LOAs, worker's comp, terminations, conflict resolution, employee onboarding, benefits enrollment.
- Managing and leading a staff of Generalists and Coordinators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
- 7 years' of professional HR experience, ideally at the corporate level
- Previous supervisor experience, having managed at least 3 direct reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Qualified candidates MUST have California experience. We will not consider relocation candidates unless a large part of their career has been working in Human Resources in the state of California
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
