Privately held real estate company with commercial properties across Central and Southern Connecticut is looking for a Regional Manager to manage a portfolio of 15 properties, 500,000 sq. ft. to include office, retail and light industrial.
To be qualified, you must have at least 10 years of commercial property management experience, ideally with multiple commercial properties and property types. General Managers who oversee large, single sites (300,000 sq. ft. and up) with multiple tenants (at least 30 different tenants) will be considered.
Degree is preferred but not necessary. Commercial property management IS REQUIRED.
Candidates requiring relocation will not be considered at this time, though candidates within a one hour commute of Wallingford will be considered.
