What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Real Estate Office?
The ideal candidate for the administrative assistant role will have paralegal skills, bookkeeping experience and preferably some knowledge of real estate. The right person will be organized, resourceful, detail oriented and able to multi-task. Essential functions include ability to work independently; perform administrative duties as well as some personal assistant responsibilities; create and maintain reports, charts, spreadsheets and documents; assist with financial documents including invoices; establish, maintain and update files and records. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with the ability to see tasks through to completion.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience working in a professional setting
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Software Suite and Google products
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines while producing high quality work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bookkeeping with ability to analyze financial and accounting matters
Part time position with fulltime potential for demonstrated qualified individual 2 to 3 days per week
Starting Compensation $26 per hour determined by skillset with step ups to $45 per hour as value is added
