- Must be comfortable talking over phone
- Must have the ability to follow instructions and complete work under time allotted
- Very proficient with computer software and Social Media

- Able to read, research and understand information
- Able to follow simple instructions
- Able to complete task with minor or no supervision
- be able to talk to people and communicate clearly
