LOCATION : 560 Webb Industrial Drive, Marietta, GA 30062
HOURS : Monday - Friday / 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM

JOB OVERVIEW :
We are looking to hire a BILINGUAL (English & Spanish) Installation Associate to direct and oversee the activities of our subcontracted flooring installers. This position will focus on subcontractor work order assignment / dispatch and flooring installation inspection to ensure our subcontractors are performing satisfactory work.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Communicate with our subcontracted flooring installers on work order assignments.
- Review subcontractor payroll sheets for accuracy.
- Communicate with subcontractors and others to resolve any work order or other issues.
- Research issues related to work order chargebacks.
- Satisfy our customers and retain business using your knowledge of our products and services, offer information when needed.
- Interact with other Real Floors employees in various roles and functions including sales, operations, warehouse, inventory, billing, and quality assurance, to provide a positive customer experience.
- Perform all other duties assigned.
