This role combines traditional executive assistant responsibilities with key aspects of live touring, requiring versatility and attention to detail. Travel may be required to support account executives at various events and functions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee professional and personal scheduling, including agendas, correspondence, meals, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate complex calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling across multiple priorities.
- Arrange and manage travel plans, including hotel bookings, transportation, and meal coordination for account executives and clients.
- Maintain strict professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive materials and interfacing with business matters.
- Provide general support to office visitors and guests, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Stay up-to-date on trends across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and other emerging media platforms.
- Track and process tour logistics, client payments, and show-related finances using internal systems.
- Act as a daily point of contact, supporting clients and their internal teams.
- Assist coordinators and managers in operational tasks to ensure smooth workflows.
- Provide on-site production assistance at events as needed
