Maintenance Coordinator – Full-Time (Monday–Friday, No Exceptions)

What You’ll Do:
• Act as the main point of contact between residents, owners, and vendors.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Work efficiently through email and property management software.
• Use basic home maintenance knowledge to assess issues and communicate effectively with vendors.
• Take on-call duties approximately once every six weeks.
