Responsibilities:
- Assist buyers through every step of the home-buying process, from initial inquiries to closing day.
- Schedule and conduct showings, open houses, and property tours that meet client needs.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and all parties involved in the transaction.
- Educate buyers on the local market, helping them make informed decisions.
- Prepare and explain key transaction documents, including purchase agreements, offers, and closing documents.
- Collaborate with team members to generate leads and provide exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications:
- Utah Real Estate License is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a client-first approach.
- Self-driven, tech-savvy, and eager to take advantage of ongoing training opportunities.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 15 – 45 per week
