Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the home buying process.
• Consistently follow up with leads and prospects to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage transactions from initial consultation to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
• Drive business growth through proactive lead generation and client engagement.

Qualifications:

• MUST hold a valid Utah Real Estate License.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using technology and real estate tools.
• Proven sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Self-motivated with a desire for continuous professional development and success.

Expected hours: 15 – 45 per week
