RealREPP LLC, a full service recruiting firm is currently teaming with a growing and stable vertically integrated commercial real estate firm to assist them in recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager in Bellevue, WA. This APM will report into a Property Manager on this large industrial portfolio.
The ideal candidate must be a team player, warm, friendly and have excellent customer service and accounting/financial skills. We are targeting someone who has 3-5 years of experience within the commercial real estate industry. The APM will oversee basic accounting functions, assist in the budgeting process, and will also build relationships with the tenants and vendors.

Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to tenants and clients by responding promptly and courteously to all requests and following up to ensure issues are resolved.
- Organize and maintain property and tenant lease files, records, correspondence, and notes.
- Help manage tenant occupancy, including move-ins/outs, insurance compliance, rent collection, and maintenance requests.
- Support property/facility managers in creating property management plans, maintenance policies, work order tracking, and operations manuals.
- Assist with real estate tax appeal applications as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate property inspections and appraisals.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure proper maintenance.
- Obtain and compare repair/maintenance bids, schedule vendors, and communicate updates to tenants.
- Prepare contracts, expense reports, and ensure accurate processing of property-related invoices.
- Help property managers prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts by gathering data and running reports.
- Draft financial reports, including accruals, reclasses, and budget variance explanations, for manager review.
- Maintain account files and handle other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 years of property management experience preferably with industrial properties
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Yardi experience - highly preferred
