Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Community Manager in the following:
- Interviewing, screening, and hiring processes
- Orientation, training, and scheduling
- Implementing company policies and procedures
- Managing the resident aged receivable accounts
- Submitting all administrative forms, files, and reports in a timely manner
- Posting rent to the Entrata software system
- Efficient and courteous response to all resident
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Successful leasing techniques and sales methods.
- Professional dress and etiquette.
- Ability to resolve conflict and find solutions.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in related field.
- Proven abilities in customer support and problem resolution.
- Experience working with Entrata software.
