Title and Escrow Processor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Title and Escrow Processor to join our team in Brentwood, TN. The ideal candidate will be experienced in real estate transaction workflows and thoroughly understand title clearance and escrow closing processes. This role involves managing all aspects of the closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, answer phones, and direct calls to the appropriate individuals.
• Open new transactions, order payoffs, and HOA documents.
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents to collect all required documentation.
• Review contracts, commitments, and lender instructions to ensure compliance and completeness.
• Prepare documents, settlement statements, and closing disclosures.
• Coordinate and schedule transaction closings with all parties
• Strong knowledge of real estate contracts
• Exceptional customer service skills, communication, and ability to handle and resolve difficult situations.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Qualifications:

• SoftPro Select experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus.
• At least 2 years' experience in the title and escrow industry with a strong understanding of title insurance, escrow procedures, and real estate transaction workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook.
• Notary or will to obtain notary certification.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve title and escrow-related issues.
