JOB DESCRIPTION And RESPONSIBILITIES

The HubSpot – CRM Administrator reports to the Senior VP / Resource Leader for the Marketing Team and the Marketing Director. This role is responsible for optimizing, maintaining, and managing RTG’s HubSpot CRM platform to support marketing initiatives and business development efforts.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM Management, including configuring automation, optimizing workflows, and improving marketing initiatives to ensure strong brand consistency and recognition.

Specific Responsibilities Include

  • Oversee CRM administration, ensuring platform performance, data integrity, and system optimizations.
  • Configure and manage automation, email campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows to drive engagement.
  • Develop and maintain marketing and business development dashboards for tracking KPIs and performance analytics.
  • Assist with data management, including contact segmentation, lead organization, and reporting.
  • Provide training and support to employees on best practices for using HubSpot effectively.
  • Collaborate with executives, marketing, and business development teams to enhance CRM strategies and execution.
  • Stay up to date with HubSpot features and industry best practices to maximize platform utilization.

  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator or in a similar CRM-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead generation, and reporting analytics.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar CRM role.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience (including implementation of marketing strategies), preferably in a consulting, professional services, or healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, and social media platforms is a plus but not mandatory.

ALLOCATION OF TIME

  • Marketing Support – 50%
  • Business / Client Support / Production – 40%
  • Administrative – 10%

Travel typically not required, except to visit RTG regional offices as needed for training, teambuilding, or other specific initiatives.
