The Reaves Law Firm is seeking an experienced and highly accomplished Personal Executive Administrative Assistant to report to the owner and CEO of the Reaves Law Firm (RLF). This is an on-site position, and the successful candidate for this position will work from our Memphis, TN corporate offices (1991 Corporate Avenue). The position will be a key contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Personal Executive Administrative Assistant is a highly skilled administrative professional who will provide a wide range of support services. He/she will pro-actively oversee all day-to-day activities associated with assisting the RLF professional and personal business needs of the CEO. The ideal candidate will use a high-level of discretion and independent judgment to navigate and adeptly handle a variety of significant interpersonal interactions. He/she will proactively anticipate and resolve the needs of the CEO while creating a supportive and smooth operational atmosphere. The position requires the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. Due to the scope and level of responsibilities, this is a salaried exempt position.

Minimum Qualifications
- The successful candidate will possess outstanding organizational, problem solving, and critical thinking skills and 5 years of experience providing high-level administrative support at the executive level.
- This position requires sound judgment; attention to quality and detail; expert scheduling; and strong calendar management skills.
- The role requires exceptional planning, prioritization and communication skills as well as capacity to act with utmost discretion.
- This position requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with change by being very flexible regarding his/her work schedule since requirements may develop beyond normal work schedule.
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED is required. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to produce drafts of talking points and outlines in support of executive communications.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively execute meeting management
- Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
- Effectively present information and respond appropriately to questions from managers, employees, clients, and general public.
- Technically proficient in Windows, MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
- Highly discrete in managing confidential information.
- Articulate and proactive in discussing issues and sharing information.
- The ability to execute a variety of assignments with minimal supervision/direction.
- Self-Starter and able to take projects with minimum directions and run with them. Strategically prioritizes multiple tasks in a proactive manner.
