We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Finance & HR Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of essential financial and operational tasks. In this role, you’ll provide key support in bookkeeping, payroll, vendor management, HR onboarding, and overall office operations — helping ensure our firm remains strong, stable, and focused on what matters: our clients.

What You’ll Do Bookkeeping & Finance- Maintain QuickBooks with up-to-date and accurate bookkeeping
- Reconcile accounts, process deposits, and manage internal payment tracking systems
- Run payroll and monthly contractor payments
- Handle 401(k) data entry and tax payments (GRT)
- Print checks, maintain vendor files, and monitor expenses
- Post job ads, track applicants, coordinate interviews, and check references
- Assist with onboarding and benefits setup via BambooHR
- Support attorney licensure tracking (CLEs, renewals, etc.)
- Manage vendor contracts, anniversaries, staff morale programs, and internal events
- Provide general administrative support and backup to the Office Manager
- QuickBooks experience and confidence in day-to-day bookkeeping
- Familiarity with payroll, benefits, and HR administration
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and task follow-through
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to support multiple departments with professionalism and care
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
