REBOOT TECH, LLC is an R2v3-certified start-up company in IT asset disposition (ITAD) and end-of-life electronics recycling. We are searching for a reliable and experienced B2B Sales Service Representative.

We are seeking a candidate who has at least 2 years experience and knowledge in business to business sales, lead generating, cold calling, and account/territory management. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, be able to work within a team environment, ability to collaborate and work towards personal and team success. As well as, work and complete tasks effectively, tight time constraints, and periodic high volume circumstances.
This position will be working out of our business office and is best suited for an individual with 2-6 years Business to Business sales, purchasing and customer service experience. We are a startup company therefore there is room for growth. *This is not a management position.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Qualify customers/vendors, evaluate bids/quotes and help negotiate prices and terms for goods and services.
Track sales, monitor vendor/customer quality, and assist with maintaining a database of vendor/customer information.
Conduct market research to find suitable target customers.
Responsible for logistics assignments that require the use of planning and judgment.
Assist in various office-related tasks, collaborate with other associates on projects as needed.
The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
Willingness to follow the reasonable instructions/requirements of managers.
Willingness to travel within and out of state to see clients and attend industry conventions also required.
Experience:
Business to Business Sales: 2 years
Business to Business Purchasing 2 years
Cold calling: 2 years (Preferred)
CRM experience: 2 years (Preferred)
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Business to Business purchasing/selling.
Minimum of 2-3 years cold calling experience.
Excellence in contract negotiation skills desired.
Possess full set of business acumen.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM and or similar platforms.
Previous experience negotiating shipping costs is a plus.
Previous experience in recycling and or waste management is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience in purchasing/procurement is also highly desired.
Ability to travel in state and outside of state are mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time, On-site, At-will w/90 day probationary period.
